Human LIMS1 ELISA Kit (HUFI03625)

The Human LIMS1 ELISA Kit from Assay Genie enables quantitative measurement of LIMS1, a LIM-domain focal adhesion protein more commonly known as PINCH1. LIMS1 is a key component of the integrin-linked kinase (ILK) complex and participates in cytoskeletal reorganization, cell spreading, and integrin-mediated signaling. The kit is therefore valuable in research on tumor cell migration, epithelial-mesenchymal transition, glomerular pathology, and fibrotic tissue remodeling.

It is supplied as a microplate-based immunoassay with pre-coated wells, ready-to-use reagents, and a standard curve for interpolating unknown concentrations. Approximately 100 µL of sample is required per well, and the assay is validated for in vitro research use only. Store unopened components refrigerated and protect from light to preserve reagent stability.
