Human LILRB4/CD85k/ILT3 ELISA Kit

Manufactured by Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA kit uses a double-antibody format for the quantitative measurement of human LILRB4, also known as CD85k and ILT3, in serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples.

LILRB4 is an immune checkpoint receptor that regulates immune cell activation and modulates inflammation, with dysregulation linked to autoimmune disease, infectious disease, and cancer. Components are stored at 2–8°C, with the lyophilised standard and microplate strips additionally stable at -20°C for 12 months.

Validation data show linear dilution behaviour in serum (87–98% at 1:2), EDTA plasma (85–97% at 1:2) and heparin plasma (87–99% at 1:2), with recoveries averaging 96% in serum, 93% in EDTA plasma and 93% in heparin plasma. The workflow uses a biotin-labelled detection antibody, HRP-streptavidin binding, TMB colour development and absorbance reading at 450 nm.
