Human LILRB1/CD85j/ILT2 ELISA Kit

A colorimetric sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie for the quantitative measurement of human LILRB1, also known as CD85j or ILT2, a leukocyte immunoglobulin-like receptor involved in immune regulation and homeostasis. The kit uses a double-antibody sandwich configuration and is intended for research applications studying autoimmune diseases, infectious diseases, and cancer, where LILRB1 serves as a biomarker of interest (UniProt Q8NHL6).

According to the manufacturer, the assay accepts serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples, with a reported sensitivity of 18.75 pg/mL and an assay range of 31.25-2000 pg/mL. Linearity spans 81-105% across serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma at 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions, while spike-recovery averages are 93% for serum, 94% for EDTA plasma and 96% for heparin plasma. The protocol uses a biotin-labelled detection antibody followed by HRP-streptavidin (SABC) and TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm after stop solution is added, and kit components are stored at 2-8°C for up to 12 months.
