Human LILRA2/CD85h/ILT1 ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the quantitative measurement of human LILRA2 (also known as CD85h or ILT1) in research samples. It uses a double-antibody sandwich format with colorimetric detection and accepts serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid sample types. The kit is reactive with human samples and is intended for immunology research applications, including the study of proteins involved in immune regulation and modulation of inflammatory responses.

Recovery data for serum (n=5) is 89–104% with an average of 96%; EDTA plasma (n=5) is 89–104% with an average of 95%; and heparin plasma (n=5) is 88–104% with an average of 93%. Linearity has been evaluated at 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions across serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma matrices. Unopened kits are stored at 2–8°C for 12 months.
