Assay Genie's Human LIGHT PharmaGenie ELISA Kit supports quantitative measurement of TNFSF14, a TNF-superfamily cytokine that signals through HVEM, LTβR, and the decoy receptor DcR3. LIGHT is implicated in T-cell costimulation, lymphoid tissue organization, and inflammatory cytokine cascades, making it a frequent target in immunology, oncology, and autoimmune disease research. The kit from Assay Genie measures endogenous LIGHT released into cell culture supernatants or circulating in human plasma and serum samples. Each kit ships with a pre-coated microplate, biotinylated capture antibody, HRP-streptavidin conjugate, recombinant LIGHT standard, wash buffer, and TMB substrate.
