Human LIF PharmaGenie ELISA Kit (SBRS0831)

The Human LIF (Leukemia Inhibitory Factor) PharmaGenie ELISA Kit from Assay Genie enables quantitative measurement of native LIF protein in human specimens. LIF is a pleiotropic cytokine of the IL-6 superfamily that signals through the LIFR/gp130 receptor complex and contributes to embryonic stem cell self-renewal, neuroimmune regulation, and inflammatory cascades, with relevance to regenerative medicine, reproductive biology, and tumor microenvironment research.

This sandwich ELISA utilizes a human-specific capture antibody pre-coated onto a 96-well microplate, with colorimetric readout. No significant cross-reactivity has been observed with related cytokines including IL-6, OSM, CNTF, or cardiotrophin-1. Each kit supplies reagents for one full microplate run.

Store unopened kit components at 2–8 °C. Reconstituted standards and biotinylated detection antibody should be aliquoted and frozen below –20 °C; avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles of working aliquots. For research use only.
