The Human LHPP ELISA Kit from Assay Genie is a quantitative sandwich immunoassay that quantifies endogenous Phospholysine Phosphohistidine Inorganic Pyrophosphate Phosphatase (LHPP) in human serum and plasma. LHPP is a histidine phosphatase acting as a tumor suppressor, with published studies linking reduced LHPP expression to hepatocellular carcinoma progression and altered mTOR signaling. Additional research investigates LHPP in colorectal cancer, renal cell carcinoma, and metabolic liver disease, supporting its relevance as a circulating biomarker in translational studies. The microplate format supports up to 96 determinations using a standard 100 µL sample volume per well, and the chromogenic reaction is captured on a conventional plate reader.
