Human LGR4/Leucine-rich repeat-containing G-protein coupled receptor 4 ELISA Kit

A Sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie is configured for the quantitative measurement of human LGR4 (Leucine-rich repeat-containing G-protein coupled receptor 4, also referred to as GPR48) in serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The assay uses a double-antibody sandwich format with a colorimetric readout via TMB substrate and absorbance measurement at 450 nm.

Reported performance figures include a sensitivity of 46.875 pg/mL and an analytical range of 78.125-5000 pg/mL. Dilution linearity at 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 has been validated at 92-105%, 82-98% and 80-98% for serum; 85-100%, 83-100% and 82-94% for EDTA plasma; and 91-105%, 87-100% and 84-98% for heparin plasma. Spike-and-recovery averages are 98% for serum, 97% for EDTA plasma and 95% for heparin plasma.

The kit is stored at 2-8°C, with selected reagents protected from light, for 12 months. It supports research in cell biology, where LGR4 is studied for its role in developmental signalling, stem cell maintenance and tissue homeostasis, and where its dysregulation is investigated in the context of cancer and metabolic disorders.
