Human LGMN/Legumain ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this sandwich ELISA kit uses a double-antibody format for the quantitative measurement of human LGMN (Legumain) in serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples.

The protocol involves equilibrating reagents, loading standards and samples for a 90-minute primary incubation at 37°C, followed by a 60-minute biotin-labelled detection antibody step, a 30-minute HRP-Streptavidin binding step, and TMB colour development in the dark for 10-20 minutes before stop solution addition. Reported recovery in serum averages 96% (range 87-101%), in EDTA plasma 92% (range 86-101%), and in heparin plasma 95% (range 88-102%). The kit is stored at 2-8°C for up to 12 months and is supplied with a pre-coated microplate, lyophilised standard, biotin-labelled detection antibody, HRP-Streptavidin conjugate, TMB substrate, sample and antibody dilution buffers, SABC dilution buffer, wash buffer, stop solution, plate sealer, and a technical manual.
