Human LFA-3 (Lymphocyte Function Associated Antigen 3)/CD58 ELISA Kit

The kit reports a sensitivity of 7.5 pg/mL and a working range of 12.5-800 pg/mL. Across serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma, recovery ranges span 85-105% with averages between 94% and 98%. Linearity for the same matrices at 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions ranges from 81% to 105%. Components are stored at 2-8°C and the kit is stable for 12 months at that temperature.
