Human Leukocyte immunoglobulin-like receptor subfamily B member 2 (LILRB2) ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the quantitative measurement of human Leukocyte Immunoglobulin-like Receptor Subfamily B Member 2 (LILRB2), a single-pass type I membrane protein that functions as a receptor for class I MHC antigens and is involved in the down-regulation of the immune response and the development of tolerance. The kit uses a sandwich assay format with a colorimetric detection method, and is intended for research applications where LILRB2 dysregulation has been linked to autoimmune disease, inflammatory disorders and cancer.

Performance specifications include a detection range of 0.156–10 ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.1 ng/mL, with a reported intra-assay CV of 4.1% and inter-assay CV of 7.9%. The kit is reactive with human samples and validated for serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids, with specificity for natural and recombinant human LILRB2 (UniProt Q8N423).
