Recovery averages 95% for serum (range 89-101%) and 97% for plasma (range 91-103%). Reported linearity at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 dilutions is 101-112%, 100-109%, 90-102% and 103-112% in serum (N=5); 103-115%, 80-93%, 99-109% and 83-93% in EDTA plasma (N=5); and 104-113%, 105-114%, 95-106% and 111-120% in heparin plasma (N=5).
