Human Leukocyte immunoglobulin-like receptor subfamily A member 1 (LILRA1) ELISA Kit

The assay is reactive with natural and recombinant human LILRA1 in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. Reported performance includes a detection range of 0.312-20 ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.104 ng/mL. Linearity has been characterised for serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma across dilution factors of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8, and 1:16.

LILRA1 is a single-pass type I membrane protein predominantly expressed in B cells that interacts with major histocompatibility complex class I ligands and contributes to the regulation of immune responses. The protein may act as a receptor for class I MHC antigens, with alternative splicing producing two isoforms of the human protein. The target is also known by synonyms including CD85 antigen-like family member I, Leukocyte immunoglobulin-like receptor 6, LIR-6, CD85i, and LIR6.
