Human Leukocyte Elastase Inhibitor (LEI) ELISA Kit

This immunoassay from Assay Genie quantifies human Leukocyte Elastase Inhibitor (LEI), a 42 kDa cytoplasmic serpin (SerpinB1, also called monocyte/neutrophil elastase inhibitor) expressed in neutrophils, monocytes, and epithelial cells. LEI regulates proteolytic activity by neutralizing neutrophil elastase, cathepsin G, and proteinase-3, helping maintain tissue integrity during inflammation.
