Human Leucine-rich repeat serine/threonine-protein kinase 2 (LRRK2) ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie enables quantitative detection of human Leucine-rich repeat serine/threonine-protein kinase 2 (LRRK2), also referred to as Dardarin and PARK8. The assay is reactive with human samples and validated with serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates, and other biological fluids.

Reported performance characteristics include a detection range of 0.156–10 ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.078 ng/mL. Intra-assay CV is 4.7% and inter-assay CV is 6.5%. Specificity covers natural and recombinant human LRRK2 (UniProt Q5S007). Linearity ranges in serum are 87–97%, 103–113%, 87–100%, and 97–107% at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8, and 1:16 dilutions; EDTA plasma ranges are 104–114%, 99–108%, 96–106%, and 87–97%; heparin plasma ranges are 108–108%, 96–105%, 106–116%, and 105–115%. Recovery averages 95% for serum (range 89–101%) and 97% for plasma (range 91–103%).
