Human Leucine Rich Repeat In FLII Interacting Protein 1 (LRRFIP1) ELISA Kit

The LRRFIP1 protein (Leucine-Rich Repeat Flightless-Interacting Protein 1) is a cytosolic regulator that participates in Wnt/β-catenin signaling, toll-like receptor signaling, and remodeling of the actin cytoskeleton. Altered LRRFIP1 expression has been reported across multiple cancer and inflammation models, supporting its use as a candidate biomarker in translational research.

This Assay Genie kit is supplied as a complete microplate-based immunoassay containing 96 assays per package. It is configured for the quantitative measurement of human LRRFIP1 in research sample matrices, including tissue homogenates prepared from cultured cells or freshly excised tissue. The workflow uses paired capture and detection antibodies immobilized on the plate; after sample incubation, an enzyme-labeled conjugate and a chromogenic substrate are introduced to generate a measurable absorbance signal on a standard plate reader.

Each run requires a small sample volume per well in the microliter range. Between uses, the plate and select reagents should be stored refrigerated and protected from light, consistent with the stability profile provided in the kit insert.
