The Assay Genie kit is calibrated to quantitate native human LRCH4 with a human-specific capture antibody and shows no significant cross-reactivity with mouse or rat homologs under standard assay conditions. Reagents should be stored refrigerated, and the standard should be aliquoted to limit freeze-thaw cycles. The kit ships with a pre-coated microplate, detection antibody, standards, and substrate solution sufficient for 96 assays in a single-use plate format.
