Human Leucine Peptidase/LAP ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA Kit uses a double-antibody format with colorimetric detection to quantify Leucine Peptidase (LAP) in human samples. Compatible specimen types include serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples.

The manufacturer specifies a sensitivity of 0.469 ng/mL and an assay range of 0.781–50 ng/mL. Reported recovery in spiked samples is 90–105% in serum (average 98%), 87–105% in EDTA plasma (average 95%), and 87–101% in heparin plasma (average 93%). Parallelism (linearity) at 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions is reported as 88–96%, 86–105% and 85–105% for serum; 82–100%, 85–101% and 82–99% for EDTA plasma; and 82–98%, 80–84% and 81–100% for heparin plasma.
