Human Leptin receptor ELISA Kit

Manufactured by Assay Genie, this sandwich-format, double-antibody ELISA kit provides quantitative measurement of human Leptin receptor in serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples, using a colorimetric TMB-based readout. The protocol equilibrates reagents and TMB substrate to room temperature before loading standards, samples and blanks onto the pre-coated plate. After 90 minutes at 37 °C for antigen binding, a biotin-labelled detection antibody is added for 60 minutes, followed by HRP-Streptavidin for 30 minutes. Colour is developed with TMB substrate in the dark for 10–20 minutes, and absorbance is read at 450 nm after adding stop solution. Linearity across 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions was 88–99% in serum, 87–100% in EDTA plasma and 91–104% in heparin plasma, with recovery ranges of 86–104% (serum), 88–101% (EDTA plasma) and 87–101% (heparin plasma).
