The Assay Genie Human LDLRAP1 ELISA Kit enables quantitative measurement of low density lipoprotein receptor adapter protein 1 in circulating human samples using an absorbance-based immunoassay workflow on standard microplate readers. LDLRAP1, also known as ARH, is a cytoplasmic adaptor that mediates clathrin-dependent internalization of the LDL receptor, and altered expression or function of LDLRAP1 has been implicated in autosomal recessive hypercholesterolemia and related dyslipidemia.
