Human LDHC/L-lactate dehydrogenase C chain ELISA Kit

This sandwich (double antibody) ELISA from Assay Genie provides quantitative measurement of human LDHC (L-lactate dehydrogenase C chain) in serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples.

The colorimetric assay uses a pre-coated microplate and TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm. The kit reports a sensitivity of 0.938 ng/mL and a working range of 1.563–100 ng/mL. Supplied reagents include a lyophilized standard, biotin-labeled detection antibody, HRP-streptavidin conjugate, TMB substrate, diluents, wash buffer, stop solution, plate sealer, and a Bradford Reagent for total protein normalisation.

Storage is at 2-8°C for 12 months for unopened kits, with select components additionally protected from light. Manufacturer-reported validation includes linearity of 85-100% for serum, 85-102% for EDTA plasma and 86-103% for heparin plasma at a 1:2 dilution, plus recovery averages of 99% (serum), 94% (EDTA plasma) and 95% (heparin plasma).
