Human LDHB/Lactate Dehydrogenase B ELISA Kit

This colorimetric sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie is designed for the quantitative measurement of human LDHB (Lactate Dehydrogenase B) in serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. It uses a double-antibody sandwich format with a sensitivity of 1.875 ng/mL across a measuring range of 3.125–200 ng/mL. Reported linearity across dilutions of 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 is 85–93%, 82–98% and 83–92% for serum (n=5); 86–105%, 82–96% and 86–100% for EDTA plasma (n=5); and 88–100%, 87–100% and 83–97% for heparin plasma (n=5). Spiked-recovery averages are 90% in serum, 96% in EDTA plasma and 95% in heparin plasma.
