Manufactured by Assay Genie, this ELISA Kit enables quantitative measurement of LCOR, a ligand-dependent nuclear receptor corepressor implicated in estrogen receptor signaling, adipogenesis, and tumor suppressor pathways. The assay is calibrated for use with human serum or plasma samples and is applied in research on breast cancer biology, metabolic regulation, and nuclear receptor transcription complexes. The kit provides a pre-coated microplate, biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, wash concentrate, dilution buffer, substrate, stop solution, and lyophilized recombinant standard configured for a full-plate layout.
