Human LC3B/MAP1LC3B ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, the Human LC3B/MAP1LC3B ELISA Kit is a sandwich ELISA intended for the in vitro quantitative determination of human MAP1LC3B concentrations in serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. LC3B (microtubule-associated protein 1 light chain 3 beta) is a key autophagy protein, and changes in its levels are studied in connection with cancer, neurodegenerative disorders, and metabolic diseases. The assay is reported to offer high sensitivity and specificity for consistent quantitative results.

Recovery testing of spiked samples returned averages of 94% in serum, 98% in EDTA plasma, and 99% in UFH plasma. Linearity was demonstrated by serial dilutions across the same three matrices. Precision is reported as intra-assay CV<8% and inter-assay CV<10%.

The kit is supplied with a dismountable microplate, lyophilized standard, biotin-labeled antibody, HRP-streptavidin conjugate, TMB substrate, dilution buffers, stop solution, wash buffer, and plate sealer. Storage is 4°C for 6 months. For research use only.
