Human Late cornified envelope protein 3D (LCE3D) ELISA Kit

This sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie is designed for the quantitative detection of human Late Cornified Envelope Protein 3D (LCE3D) in research samples. LCE3D contributes to the late stages of skin differentiation and to formation of the skin barrier, and its dysregulation has been linked to various skin disorders. The assay uses a colorimetric detection method and is reactive with human serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernatants and other biological fluids, with specificity for both natural and recombinant human LCE3D.
