Human LAS1L ELISA Kit (HUFI03652)

The Assay Genie Human LAS1L ELISA Kit supports quantitative measurement of LAS1L (LAS1 Like Ribosomal Biogenesis Factor), an evolutionarily conserved nucleolar endoribonuclease that cleaves 32S pre-rRNA to generate mature 28S rRNA during 60S large ribosomal subunit assembly. Because ribosome biogenesis is tightly coupled to cell growth, proliferation, and to neural progenitor expansion in the developing brain, the kit is frequently used in research on cancer cell proliferation, ribosomopathy mechanisms, and X-linked neurodevelopmental conditions in which LAS1L function has been implicated.

Each assay microplate is provided with a pre-coated monoclonal capture antibody in a break-apart strip format, paired with biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, chromogenic substrate, wash buffer, and lyophilized recombinant human LAS1L standards for constructing a calibration curve; a standard 100 uL sample volume is loaded per well. Reagents ship refrigerated and should be protected from light; the kit is intended for research use only and is not validated for diagnostic or clinical decision-making.
