Human LARS ELISA Kit (HUFI03650)

Quantify human Leucyl-tRNA synthetase (LARS) in clinical specimens using this colorimetric microplate-based assay from Assay Genie. LARS catalyzes the attachment of leucine to its cognate tRNA during translation, and altered expression has been reported in hepatocellular carcinoma, non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, and certain leukemia models, positioning circulating LARS as a candidate biomarker in translational research programs.

The kit is supplied as a complete 96-well plate with pre-coated capture antibody, recombinant standards, biotinylated detection reagent, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, wash buffer, and substrate solution, sufficient for 40 duplicate determinations. Store unopened components refrigerated at 4 °C and protect from light; reconstituted standards should be aliquoted and held frozen to limit freeze-thaw loss.

This assay is calibrated specifically against the human LARS protein and shows no significant cross-reactivity with rodent orthologs under standard conditions. For research use only; not approved for diagnostic procedures.
