Human LARP7 ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA, double antibody kit from Assay Genie designed for the quantitative detection of human LARP7 (UniProt Q4G0J3) in serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The assay uses a colorimetric detection method with absorbance read at 450 nm, employing HRP-Streptavidin and TMB substrate chemistry.

The kit reports a sensitivity of 46.875 pg/mL and a standard range of 78.125-5000 pg/mL. Recovery from spiked samples averaged 94% for serum (range 86-103%), 96% for EDTA plasma (range 89-102%), and 96% for heparin plasma (range 91-103%). Linearity across 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions ranged from 82-103% across serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma matrices.
