Human LARP4 ELISA Kit (HUFI03649)

The Assay Genie Human LARP4 ELISA Kit enables quantitative detection of La-related protein 4, a conserved RNA-binding protein that plays a pivotal role in mRNA stability, translation control, and cytoplasmic RNA metabolism. LARP4 contains the signature La motif and RNA recognition motif domains characteristic of the LARP family, and contributes to post-transcriptional gene regulation in human cells.

This microplate-format immunoassay is intended for in vitro research applications and uses a human-specific capture antibody with minimal cross-reactivity to other LARP family members such as LARP1 and LARP4B. Published research has linked LARP4 to breast cancer biology, hepatocellular carcinoma progression, and dysregulated mRNA translation in cellular stress responses. The kit supports biomarker discovery studies, expression profiling in patient cohorts, and functional characterization of LARP4 in cell-based model systems.
