Human LAPTM4B ELISA Kit

A high-sensitivity sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie designed for the quantitative measurement of human Lysosomal-associated transmembrane protein 4B (LAPTM4B) in serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples.

Built on a double-antibody sandwich format, the kit delivers a sensitivity of 0.281 ng/mL and a working range of 0.469–30 ng/mL, with absorbance read at 450 nm following TMB-based colorimetric detection. Reagents are stable for 12 months at 2–8°C. Validated spike-and-recovery averages are 91% in serum, 97% in EDTA plasma, and 99% in heparin plasma. Linearity is maintained at 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions, with serum ranging 82–103%, EDTA plasma 81–105%, and heparin plasma 83–102%.

LAPTM4B is a lysosomal transmembrane protein involved in membrane transport processes, and its dysregulation has been linked to various diseases. The kit is suited to cell biology, molecular biology, and clinical research applications.
