The Human LAMP3 ELISA Kit from Assay Genie is a quantitative immunoassay for measuring endogenous lysosomal associated membrane protein 3 (LAMP3, also known as CD208 or DC-LAMP) in human research samples. LAMP3 is a glycosylated type I transmembrane protein induced in mature dendritic cells, where it regulates MHC class II transport, lysosomal membrane dynamics, and antigen presentation. Elevated LAMP3 expression has been reported in lung adenocarcinoma, breast carcinoma, and colorectal cancer tissues, making it a useful marker for tumor immunology and autophagy studies.

Kit contents
Each pack includes a pre-coated plate, biotinylated detection antibody, lyophilized recombinant standards, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, wash buffer, chromogenic substrate, and stop reagent. The plate accommodates 96 individual determinations in duplicate, and following reconstitution, vials of standard should be aliquoted and frozen to preserve activity across multiple experiments.
