Human LAMP2/CD107b ELISA Kit

A Sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie using a double-antibody configuration and colorimetric detection, designed for the quantitative measurement of human LAMP2/CD107b in serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples, with applications in autophagy research.

Reported performance characteristics include a sensitivity of 0.188 ng/mL and a measuring range of 0.313–20 ng/mL. Linearity across 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions was 86–105%, 88–104%, and 87–100% for serum; 84–96%, 87–92%, and 84–93% for EDTA plasma; and 87–99%, 83–97%, and 84–93% for heparin plasma. Recovery averaged 96% (range 90–105%) in serum, 97% (range 87–102%) in EDTA plasma, and 98% (range 90–103%) in heparin plasma. Kits are stored at 2–8°C for up to 12 months.

The protocol includes reagent equilibration to room temperature, a 90-minute primary incubation at 37°C, a 60-minute biotinylated detection antibody step, a 30-minute HRP-Streptavidin incubation, 10–20 minutes of TMB development in the dark, and absorbance reading at 450 nm after adding stop solution.
