Human Laminin subunit gamma-2 (LAMC2) ELISA Kit

LAMC2 is a critical component of the extracellular matrix, mediating cell adhesion, migration, and differentiation through interactions with other extracellular matrix components. It is a subunit of laminin-5 (laminin-332), and aberrant LAMC2 expression has been linked to cancer, muscular dystrophy, and skin disorders. Defects in LAMC2 are associated with junctional epidermolysis bullosa Herlitz type, a severe blistering skin disease.

The assay delivers a detection range of 62.5-4000pg/mL with a sensitivity of 21pg/mL. Intra-assay precision is 5.7% CV and inter-assay precision is 8.4% CV. Linearity has been established in serum (87-119%), EDTA plasma (94-117%), and heparin plasma (89-127%) across serial dilutions, with recovery averaging 95% in serum (range 89-101%) and 97% in plasma (range 91-103%).
