Human Laminin subunit beta-4/LAMB4 ELISA Kit

This Sandwich ELISA Kit from Assay Genie enables quantitative measurement of human Laminin subunit beta-4 (LAMB4), also referred to as Laminin beta-1-related protein. The colorimetric assay is validated for use with human samples, including serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids.

Performance characteristics include a detection range of 0.312-20ng/mL, sensitivity of 0.078ng/mL, intra-assay CV of 4.2% and inter-assay CV of 8.6%. Recovery has been verified at 98% (range 92-104%) for serum and 100% (range 94-106%) for plasma, with linearity established for serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma across serial dilutions. Specificity has been confirmed against natural and recombinant human Laminin subunit beta-4.

LAMB4 is a secreted glycoprotein component of laminin, localised to the extracellular space, extracellular matrix and basement membrane, where it contributes to cell adhesion, migration and tissue organisation during embryonic development by interacting with other extracellular matrix components.
