Human Laminin subunit beta-2 (LAMB2) ELISA Kit

Assay Genie supplies this high quality sandwich ELISA for the quantitative measurement of human Laminin subunit beta-2 (LAMB2) in research samples. The kit uses a colorimetric detection method and detects natural and recombinant human Laminin subunit beta-2 in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids, with reactivity limited to human samples.

The assay delivers a detection range of 0.625–40 ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.22 ng/mL.

Validation data include an Intra-assay CV of 4.7% and an Inter-assay CV of 7.8%. Linearity in serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma ranges from 81% to 119% across dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16. Recovery averages 98% in serum (range 92–104%) and 100% in plasma (range 94–106%).
