Human Laminin subunit beta-1 (LAMB1) ELISA Kit

The assay is intended for use with serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids, and is specific for natural and recombinant human Laminin subunit beta-1 (UniProt P07942). Reported performance characteristics include a detection range of 0.312–20 ng/mL, a sensitivity of 0.11 ng/mL, an intra-assay CV of 5.6% and an inter-assay CV of 9.0%.
