Human Laminin subunit alpha-5/LAMA5 ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this human Laminin subunit alpha-5 (LAMA5) ELISA Kit is a sandwich double-antibody enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay for the quantitative measurement of LAMA5 in human samples. It is suitable for serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. Detection is colorimetric, with absorbance read at 450 nm after TMB substrate development.

The kit provides a sensitivity of 46.875 pg/mL and an assay range of 78.125–5000 pg/mL. Reported linearity for serial dilutions: serum (n=5) 90–102% at 1:2, 86–104% at 1:4, 86–99% at 1:8; EDTA plasma (n=5) 84–98% at 1:2, 84–100% at 1:4, 83–95% at 1:8; heparin plasma (n=5) 82–99% at 1:2, 85–98% at 1:4, 80–94% at 1:8. Spike-and-recovery values: serum (n=5) range 87–105%, average 97%; EDTA plasma (n=5) range 85–105%, average 97%; heparin plasma (n=5) range 88–99%, average 93%. The kit is intended for storage at 2–8°C for 12 months.

Alpha-5 is a subunit of laminin-10 (laminin-511), laminin-11 (laminin-521) and laminin-15 (laminin-523).
