Human Laminin Gamma 2 (LAMC2) ELISA Kit

Laminin Gamma 2 (LAMC2) is the gamma-2 chain of laminin-332, a basement membrane glycoprotein central to epithelial cell adhesion and migration. This Assay Genie kit supports quantitative measurement of human LAMC2 in tissue homogenates and additional human specimen types relevant to wound healing and oncology research. Mutations in LAMC2 cause junctional epidermolysis bullosa, and elevated LAMC2 expression has been reported at invasive tumor fronts in oral squamous cell carcinoma and pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma, making the protein a candidate biomarker for basement membrane remodeling. Each kit provides reagents for 96 microplate determinations, including pre-coated wells, a recombinant LAMC2 standard curve, biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, wash buffer, and TMB substrate.
