Human Laminin Alpha 3 (LAMa3) ELISA Kit

The Assay Genie Human Laminin Alpha 3 (LAMA3) ELISA Kit is calibrated specifically for the human LAMA3 sequence, with no significant cross-reactivity to rodent homologues. LAMA3 is a subunit of laminin-332 (also called laminin-5) within epithelial basement membranes, where it contributes to keratinocyte adhesion, dermal-epidermal signalling, and extracellular matrix assembly. Altered LAMA3 expression is studied in wound healing, squamous cell carcinoma invasion, and junctional epidermolysis bullosa research. The kit is supplied with a pre-coated microplate, biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, calibrated standards, and assay diluent, providing a complete in vitro workflow. Investigators in skin biology, tumor microenvironment, and matrix remodelling can apply this kit to serum samples, plasma preparations, and tissue-derived extracts.
