Human LAMB3 protein ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the quantitative detection of human LAMB3 (Laminin subunit beta-3) protein in serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The colorimetric assay uses a double-antibody sandwich format with a sensitivity of 9.375 pg/mL and a measurable range of 15.625–1000 pg/mL.

The kit is supplied with an ELISA microplate, lyophilized standard, biotin-labeled detection antibody, HRP-Streptavidin conjugate, TMB substrate, sample and antibody dilution buffers, SABC dilution buffer, stop solution, 25X wash buffer, plate sealer, and a technical manual. Components should be stored at 2–8°C, with the microplate and lyophilized standard stable for 12 months at -20°C. The procedure involves equilibrating reagents, loading standards and samples with a 90-minute primary incubation at 37°C, a 60-minute biotin-labeled antibody step, a 30-minute HRP-Streptavidin incubation, TMB development in the dark for 10–20 minutes, and absorbance measurement at 450 nm after stop solution addition.

Across 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions, validated linearity falls within 87–103% for serum (n=5), 85–104% for EDTA plasma (n=5), and 86–97% for heparin plasma (n=5), while spike-and-recovery averages reach 98% in serum, 91% in EDTA plasma, and 100% in heparin plasma. As a key extracellular matrix component involved in cell adhesion, migration, and differentiation, LAMB3 is a useful biomarker for cell biology research, with its dysregulation associated with epidermolysis bullosa and certain cancers.
