Human LAG3/Lymphocyte activation gene 3 protein ELISA Kit

This Sandwich (Double Antibody) ELISA Kit from Assay Genie is intended for the quantitative measurement of human LAG3 (Lymphocyte activation gene 3 protein) in serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate and a biotinylated detection antibody combined with HRP-Streptavidin and TMB substrate, producing a colour change read at 450 nm whose optical density is proportional to LAG3 concentration.

Reported key performance characteristics include a standard curve range of 78.125–5000 pg/mL and a sensitivity of 46.875 pg/mL. The kit is validated for recovery in serum (range 86–104%, average 99%), EDTA plasma (range 86–104%, average 96%) and heparin plasma (range 88–102%, average 93%), with linearity in serum of 92–105% at 1:2, 84–100% at 1:4 and 81–93% at 1:8, and comparable dilution linearity in EDTA and heparin plasma. A Bradford Reagent is included for total protein quantification to support sample normalisation, and all components should be stored at 2–8 °C as described in the manual.
