Human Lactate Dehydrogenase D (LDHD) ELISA Kit

Lactate Dehydrogenase D (LDHD) is a mitochondrial D-lactate dehydrogenase active in lactate metabolism, making the kit useful for cancer metabolism research, mitochondrial function studies, and investigations of the lactate shuttle in hypoxic conditions.

Each kit provides reagents for 96 assays in a standard plate format, with absorbance results read on a conventional microplate reader. Sample volumes in the microliter range are added to pre-coated wells following the supplied protocol. The reagents are intended for research use only and are not intended for diagnostic procedures.
