Human KRT80 ELISA Kit (HUFI03655)

This quantitative immunoassay from Assay Genie measures Keratin 80 (KRT80), a type II cytokeratin expressed in stratified and simple epithelia, using matched antibody pairs immobilised on a microplate.

The kit supports research into cytoskeletal remodelling, epithelial differentiation, and tumour biology, where KRT80 has been investigated as a candidate biomarker in gastrointestinal and breast tissue studies.

Each kit contains reagents sufficient for 96 Assays, supplied as a pre-coated microplate along with reference standards, biotinylated detection antibody, and substrate solution. The assay is validated for human serum or plasma samples, with absorbance measured on a standard plate reader.
