The Assay Genie Human KLRG1 ELISA Kit enables quantitative measurement of Killer cell Lectin-like Receptor subfamily G member 1, a transmembrane glycoprotein expressed on natural killer cells and antigen-experienced T lymphocytes. Because KLRG1 marks terminally differentiated and senescent T cell populations, the kit supports studies of immune aging, viral persistence, and tumor-infiltrating lymphocyte phenotypes in translational immunology research. The kit ships with pre-coated microplate wells, lyophilized standards, biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, wash buffer, substrate solution, and stop reagent. Each kit is intended for in vitro research use only on human specimens.

Researchers apply this kit to studies of T cell exhaustion in chronic viral infections such as CMV and HIV, to monitor immune reconstitution following transplantation, and to profile inhibitory receptor expression on tumor-associated lymphocytes.
