Human KLRF1 ELISA Kit (HUFI03668)

KLRF1 (Killer Cell Lectin-Like Receptor F1), also known as NKp80, is a type II transmembrane C-type lectin-like receptor expressed predominantly on natural killer cells and on a subset of CD8+ effector memory T cells.

Engagement of KLRF1 with its ligand AICL (CLEC2B) delivers an activating signal that enhances NK cell-mediated cytolysis and IFN-γ secretion, making this molecule a focus of research into innate immunity, antiviral responses, and tumor immunosurveillance.

The Assay Genie ELISA kit enables quantitative measurement of human KLRF1 in research specimens using an in vitro immunoassay workflow, and is supplied as a complete microplate-based kit with all required buffers, standards, and detection reagents.
