Human KLK-10 PharmaGenie ELISA Kit (SBRS0809)

The Assay Genie Human KLK-10 PharmaGenie ELISA Kit enables quantitative measurement of Kallikrein-10 in research samples using a colorimetric microplate readout. Kallikrein-10, also known as NES1, is a secreted serine protease in the human kallikrein family that has been investigated as a candidate biomarker in breast, prostate, and ovarian tumor research, as well as in studies of epithelial tissue remodeling and inflammation.

Each kit provides reagents for 96 determinations in a well plate format intended for in vitro research use. The assay is configured specifically for the human Kallikrein-10 isoform, with the standard curve calibrated against recombinant human KLK-10 protein and intended for use with cell culture supernatant and tissue homogenate samples. Components should be kept refrigerated between uses, and repeated freeze-thaw cycles of reconstituted reagents should be avoided to preserve binding activity.
