Human KLHL34 ELISA Kit (HUFI03682)

The Human KLHL34 ELISA Kit from Assay Genie enables quantitative measurement of Kelch-like protein 34 in human research samples. KLHL34 belongs to the BTB-kelch protein family, which commonly function as substrate adaptors for Cullin-3 E3 ubiquitin ligase complexes and play roles in cytoskeletal regulation and protein turnover.

Assay Genie's microplate kit is intended for research use only and is not for diagnostic or clinical applications. The capture antibody is human-specific, with no significant cross-reactivity observed with homologous kelch proteins from other species. Investigators studying ubiquitination pathways, cell signaling, or exploratory biomarker development can apply this kit to monitor KLHL34 expression in experimental specimens.

Each kit provides sufficient reagents for 96 Assays performed in a well plate format. The assay uses a colorimetric readout with detection reagents included.
