Human KLF4 ELISA Kit (HUFI03693)

Assay Genie provides a quantitative immunoassay for measuring human Krüppel-like factor 4 (KLF4), a zinc-finger transcription factor essential to epithelial differentiation, intestinal barrier maintenance, and the reprogramming of somatic cells into induced pluripotent stem cells. KLF4 also acts as a context-dependent tumor suppressor in gastrointestinal epithelium and contributes to the regulatory network governing cell cycle arrest.

The kit supplies the components needed to quantify KLF4 in prepared cell lysates and tissue homogenates, supporting research in stem cell biology, regenerative medicine, epithelial-mesenchymal transition studies, and colorectal cancer investigations. A recombinant human KLF4 protein standard is included to generate a standard curve from which unknown sample concentrations can be interpolated.

Reagents are configured for a microplate workflow with buffers, a coated plate, substrate, and detection antibody supplied for one full plate of determinations. Kits ship refrigerated and should be stored at 4°C, protected from light. Reconstituted standards and concentrated detection antibody are best aliquoted to limit freeze-thaw cycles.
