Human KLF17 ELISA Kit (HUFI03692)

An enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) from Assay Genie built for quantitative measurement of human Kruppel-like factor 17 (KLF17), a zinc-finger transcriptional regulator studied in connection with epithelial-mesenchymal transition, tumor suppression pathways, and reproductive tissue biology. The kit is supplied as 96 Assays on a pre-coated microplate and is intended for research use only, not for diagnostic procedures.

Each package contains microplate strips sealed with desiccant, lyophilized recombinant KLF17 standards for curve generation, biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, wash buffer, and chromogenic substrate. Researchers prepare samples such as clarified cell lysate, tissue homogenate, or serum, then add them to coated wells alongside a serial dilution of standards. After incubation and washing steps, the chromogenic reaction is stopped and absorbance is recorded on a standard plate reader.

Storage and handling: unopened components remain refrigerated and protected from light until the kit's expiration date, with reconstituted standards aliquoted and frozen to limit freeze-thaw cycles. The microplate layout supports running full standard curves alongside experimental replicates, and remaining unused strips can be returned to refrigerated storage in their sealed pouch for subsequent experiments within the stated shelf life.
