Human Kielin/chordin-like protein (KCP) ELISA Kit

KCP enhances bone morphogenetic protein (BMP) signaling in a paracrine manner while inhibiting both activin-A and TGFB1-mediated signaling; it interacts with BMP7 and with activin-A and TGFB1.

The assay has a detection range of 0.312-20ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.18ng/mL, and recognizes natural and recombinant human KCP.
